MediaVault (operated by Julian Richards) offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on Pro Studio subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Email support@getmediavault.com from the address you used at checkout, include your order or invoice number, and we will process the refund through Stripe within two business days.

Refunds are typically issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Renewals and cancellations

You can cancel your subscription any time from the customer billing portal linked in the MediaVault sidebar — this stops future renewals. For refunds of a renewal charge, contact us within 30 days of the renewal date using the process above.
