Refund Policy

MediaVault (operated by Julian Richards) offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on Pro Studio subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Our online reseller Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all MediaVault orders and processes all refunds. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net, enter the email address you used at checkout, and follow the link Paddle sends you to manage your order and request a refund; or
  2. Email us at support@getmediavault.comwith your order number and we will forward your request to Paddle.

Refunds are typically issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Renewals and cancellations

You can cancel your subscription any time from your Paddle customer portal — this stops future renewals. For refunds of a renewal charge, contact us within 30 days of the renewal date using the process above.
